you broadband is totally a spam and fraud company.You should not take there connections .Here  IS REASON WHY?

• FAKE PROMISE
• SPAM AND NO REALLY NET SPEED AS GURRANTED.!!
• NO CUSTOMER CARE SUPPORT
• THEY ARE NOT INTRESTED IN WRITTING COMPLAINTS
• FAKE PRAISES

I am staying in bopal,ahmedabad and i brought service of this connection.On payment time they told that you will get connection within a week and now it i more then 1 month ,no reply no information about them.

When i call them they ay you get within 3 to 5 days and after that i still has not got their connection.After telling them to refund payment they also are not intrested in that .....THEY SAY IT WILL TAKE 45 DAYS OR MORE AND YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGHT LOT OF PROCEDURES.This is totally maddening if you see bar(ratings) GIVEN MAJORITY IS 1 STAR SO IT IS TOTALLY SPAM DON'T TAKE
